If you are looking on how to do something, check out the documentation to see if that answers your question.  If not, or you have a bug/issue please submit your request to our Google Code Issue Tracker.   All support given via the Issue Tracker is free and only as time allows.  If you have a urgent need, you will need to submit a commercial support request.

Commerical

Commercial support requests should be submitted via our contact form and we will respond with an estimated cost for the change/fix.  The details of costs, time to implement, and license can be discussed after you have submitted an initial request.
